Lisa Maietta, M.S. Ed., CCC–SLP, is the founder of Always Speechy LLC, a private speech–language therapy practice serving children and families throughout Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey. She is an ASHA–certified and New Jersey state–licensed speech–language pathologist with experience in both school–based and private practice settings. Lisa is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that empowers children to communicate with confidence while supporting families every step of the way. She believes every child deserves access to compassionate, high–quality care and is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where children of all backgrounds, abilities, and communication styles feel valued and supported. Through a collaborative, family–centered approach, Lisa tailors each therapy plan to meet the unique strengths and needs of every child. Her mission is to help children build meaningful communication skills that foster confidence, independence, and lifelong success.
